The "house" still calls for pastels, so maybe a light grey with architectural "slate look" roofing.

IMO you can't beat a good wedding cake white on white. That leaves wiggle room for the roof and shutters.

At one time pale yellow houses sold the fastest. Your color seems a bit off in being very gold, but that may the computer screen. As other have said I would either prune or remove the shrub out front and in fact I'd redo the landscaping. One suggestion, get a designer involved to help with color choices because what you pick for the house will also need to be replicated in the landscape so it all goes together.

We are near the coast here in SC, I like the classic White House dark Charleston green shutters. Not so sure about the roof though.

It does have existing copper roof covering the back porch area.

oh nice. love that. perhaps doing the front as well? maybe just keep the same type of shingle that you have for the smaller ends. (or do it all in the metal, I just don't know how much you can spend).
