My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Curbside delivery is where your driveway ends and meet the street, unfortunately the carriers will not drive through your driveway.

    Thanks again!

seems like a pretty bad policy since this unit weighs several hundred pounds and I have no way to move it off the curb

    Hello,

I am very sorry about that however it is the only delivery option available on Houzz. The carriers always call and set up a delivery appointment so customers have time to arrange help if need be.

    Thanks again!
