Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The Faux Flokati Armless Office Chair uses a gas lift to adjust the seat height. While sitting in the chair, pull the lever up. The chair should lower using your weight with the gas lift mechanism. To raise the seat back up, use the lever while not seated. Please refer to the photo below to locate the lever.
