your granite company will need the sink or the cut out that it comes with to cut the counter top to fit the proper dimensions of this sink.

Where do we get the template from? In the sink box was only the sink and a bag of Clips. Our granite company keeps telling us that it's not an undermount and it needs to be installed before the template. This makes no sense if it's supposed to be under mounted into the granite. How would we install the sink before the granite people come for the template if there's nothing to install it into? Please help.

this is a unique sink design that mounts under the counter top and fits over the cabinet base. There is a 1" lip around the top of the sink where the under mount clips will attach the sink to the bottom of the counter top material.

the sink was shipped with a template included in the box. It was the white light-weight cardboard the was in the top of the box when you opened it.
