Grout Color to use with White Subway Tile and Piracema White Granite counters and Painted Linen Cabinets

I would like advice on color of grout: light gray, off white, or something like the cabinets? The granite is lots of beautiful swirls of white, light gray, black and dark gray. I don't want the grout to look dirty and also what to do so it doesn't get dirty and greasy in the cooking area. Thanks.

I feel you should look at better quality grouts versus the typical Big Box store cheapest product. Brand - Mapei offers a number of options. Less is more. I feel a Natural grey will not visually compete with your granite. White will look commercial but cool. Colours will be contemporary but may date quicker.
