Add an accent armchair. Comfortable and beautiful. I bet your cat would not mind to have some extra space to lounge
Jazz it up and choose upholstery of a different color than your sectional. Mix some throw cushions.
The bar cart have to go add a floor lamp behind that armchair and hang some art.

Move the sofa closer to the kitchen area and maybe put the bar cart at the other end near window.

Scoot the bar cart toward the kitchen bar. Add a console table to the wall between bar cart and black end table. Place a chair facing coffee table (front feet near where your ginger cat is). Having the bar cart closer to the counter will be nice when you want to set a few more things down. The chair will be the perfect accent to your couch, and the console table will add storage and be a versatile piece of furniture (dress it up/down & use for a lamp/ display of art/keys laptop charging station/holiday decor etc.)

I would remove the small table at end of sectional because it is not useful there. It is too low. I would replace it with tripod floor lamp and find a nice bench for the end of sectional area. That could provide additional seating but keep area open. Something colorful would be fun and open legs would keep it light. A chair would not fit in that space well IMO.

I don't think a piece of furniture would work well there given the limited width, especially when the bar stool near the wall is moved out so I would suggest a collection of artwork hung vertically.

A bench similar to this would work nicely too. Just keep it open on the bottom and provide enough width for seating for guests. This way, a person could face the kitchen or the seating area. I think there is enough room from the coffee table to the stools to easily accommodate a nicely scaled bench.
