How long is the cable connection for this mat?

Will I need an extension for this? How long is the cable connection and how long should it take to melt snow? How efficient is it? And how much energy will it consume? More details, please.

    Good morning,

    The lead wire is 20' long. The cable is of 50w/ sq ft output. The time it takes the snow depends on the project and if your system is on at the time the snow starts falling. If you wish to send more details about your project, you can do so by providing the dimensions of the area you wish to cover, and we can do a detailed layout along with providing ore information on electricity consumption based on your project
