Well, my yard is tropical. There is a drop in temps coming and I would like advice on protecting my tender fruit trees - longon, mango, etc. I just went to Home Depot and bought extra flood lights to put under the blankets. While there I saw Halogens at 625 watts. I was told they get hot. Has anyone used these lights under frost cloth or blankets. I am somewhat concerned since I haven't used them before.
