New citrus blooms

So, a few of you helped me with supplemental lighting a few months ago for my key lime and Meyer lemon trees my husband bought me (thank you so much). These are my first citrus trees and I’m overwintering them indoors. So far so good. No leaf drop, in fact I have a lot of new growth including blossom buds. But now I have questions...

What should I be doing for my trees at this time? Do they need anything special while forming blossoms? Will these blossoms open while indoors or will they require something (like time or temperature to open)? If they open indoors do I hand pollinate (is that a common thing)?

Thanks so much in advance, you guys are amazing! Happy New Year!
