My dear sweet husband who meant well bought me a walk in zip up green house . Just the kind that is like vinyl . I usually do seeds in strawberry containers and never had any trouble. Mayyyyybe just maybe the containers all over the patio were driving him crazy . Maybe . ;)

so has anyone used one for winter sowing?

I don't want to waste money on seeds , or the effort. I am worried about winds blowing it over but I'll figure that out. What do you think ?

edit : I guess it won't be technically winter sowing as I'll have to tend to watering huh ?
