Its very small! 14 Length X 10.2 wide. Cabinets are 26 inch depth. Should we take out built in shelves or Redo them? Should we move TV to shelves? We need new furniture, plan to add grasscloth wallpaper as we dont like the paneling.

. We will be living here for 2 more years so want something new & also new buyer worthy.

Oh yes, we also thought we could open up doorway more since the door isn't too necessary.
