Are they the only retailer for the paper? depending on the brand, you can often find wallpaper lots of different places - if you share the details perhaps we help source additional paper

Paint your walls the background color and wallpaper in paneled areas.

Is the last photo the wallpaper that you would like to use? If so, that effect could be acheived with paint IMO. It would require some skill to get the mottled effect but it is doable.

Look for a new wallpaper. You want to make sure you get all rolls from the same dye/production lot.

@la La girl. I purchased my Wayfair. The Wayfair rep tried to help but we were unsuccessful. I think it was an independent retialer.

@ Norwood Architects, the last photo is the wallpaper. It’s textured and has some metallic accents. Someone suggested I paint above the bathroom door and ceiling a matching color to make it look intentional and flowing.

Have you looked at other options online? I was searching for art the other day ( on Perigold ) & for some reason floral wallpaper with black background popped up. Lots of options there & I’m sure on a zillion others also.

I think I’m confused about the not wallpapering over the door part, too. But maybe I need to look at it again.

I like wallpaper accent walls; but I feel like with your paper selection, it may work best to use it on all the walls. Or, just do the ceiling - which I am a big fan of just doing wallpaper on ceilings, btw. And you could bring in some art, and maybe do something with paint on the wainscoting.

Other than that, as @Norwood Architects mentioned, the effect of your wallpaper would not be too difficult to replicate with paint. You could find a good painter.

Sorry but that wall paper needs to be on all walls since it is readingmore like paint than an actual wallpaper. If yowant wallpaper on that wall you will need to do the whole wall , accent walls are always best on walls with no doors or windows or in the case of a PR all the walls in something a bit over the top too IMO

There is NO powder room that needs an "accent wall" Paper all four, or forget it - virtually always looks like a cheat that implies you had not enough material..

An accent wall is one with a great piece of ART.

Hi all. It’s hard responding because there is no reply option.

The wallpaper in the bathroom photo was one of the 1st ones I was considering. It was beautiful but too bold for men. The last photo of the lighter shade, textured metallic print so the one I want but am short a roll. A designers did recommend the painting of one wall but i am not ok with that and hence why I’m here.
I don’t have time and need to make decision within the next week. T. There are billions of wallpaper but

I get very overwhelmed and don’t want to or have the time to go sitting in wallpaper stores. I want a textured paper so it’s hard to look online without feeling the paper. I do not want to paint or do ceiling.
I see some postings of paper and look them up. Thank you.

So yes, you need another paper. Or, you need to think outside of the box... and combine two papers in a creative way - which I suspect you would also have no interest in doing.

So get another paper, and call it a day.

You have a functioning bathroom ... wallpaper can wait till you find something you really like.

It really doesn’t make any sense to just throw something on the wall. What is the wallpaper time crunch emergency?

That said- if you really have had your heart set on that particular paper - plus, there is a dire emergency to get wallpaper up on the wall - I think it would be better to find a coordinating/complementary wallpaper to use with that one. Could even be a solid colored paper with texture. At least you would have some of the wallpaper that you really like on the wall - versus just grabbing whatever to throw on the wall at this point. And you might end up with a much more interesting design with two papers. It could give you a layered look. More interesting than the typical.

Have you told us the name /brand/colorway of the "can't be had"?

Designers are routinely "disappointed" when scheming, dreaming! Could be a fabric, a paper, a lamp out of stock, a tile, a rug....ANYTHING. We reconnoiter and move on.

Don't whine because you will not get THAT paper. Paint the walls a great color, hang some art, and make do until you can find a paper you love.

Don't bother with a designer to do this for you, ( especially the one who suggested skipping above the window ) if you know you are "picky" and "have difficulty deciding" because you will run up a tab , and still have no wallpaper.

Get a terrific metallic grass cloth for all four walls! There are a million ways to beautiful powder rooms and you are your OWN obstacle, in this case.

Waht do men have to with this ? Itis a PR used by guests usually and honestly they do not care what the wallpaper is even the men .The 2 you show are so different I cannot understand the issues .

For a unisex powder room, I think it’s thoughtful to consider decor that may be a bit more gender neutral. It’s also more elegant to do so, imo.

Also, there are men who notice wallpaper and care about decor. I’ve had a few stylish men in my life, starting with my Father. No wallpaper in the house I grew up in, but high style.

imo, there are many men who have better taste than many women. (And no, I am not a man.)

It is a bit of a chastise, but a somewhat logical one. it's a reality we see, that you do not want to acknowledge? The paper you desperately want is not available. But you still have not let us KNOW what exactly that paper might be. It has a name. It . has a brand, It is in a book, or it is unidentifiable as a couple rolls you found in a bin in some store as left overs?!

You won't be able to feel them, unless you order a single roll for test,.....or ask a designer to get you a memo sample......it will take more than a week

You received helpful ideas here. But basically none of them were acceptable to you. And I apologize for my bluntness in terms of asking what is the wallpaper time crunch emergency - I did not mean any harm. It is only the idea that if you just grab something to put up on the walls because of time constraints, you may or may not really love it - but maybe you do not care about that.

Really... you don’t have enough wallpaper to cover all the walls and you are not interested in any creative suggestions. Plus, you can’t even push the thank you button to thank people for showing up with ideas. And now you are complaining about people “chastising” you for your timing.

Or you can acknowledge what you don't know, brush yourself off and accept the help of alternative options for your bathroom to look good for you.
