My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what is the color of the legs?

The picture shows light brown, but someone commented that they were brown. Does it depend on the fabric, or did they change something, or does it vary? Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out about the Logan 2 Piece Sectional! This is one of our fantastic sofas that we actually build to order in our downtown Los Angeles factory (made in the USA!) and it even ships out with free white glove delivery. The Logan has been our best-selling style of all time - nice pick!

    The photo above shows the leg stain of Pecan. Here on houzz, only the Pecan legs are offered. Sometimes they may appear as different, depending on the browser used, or resolution of the image. The above photo is a good reference to use for the Pecan leg stain.
