Lichen, liverworts, and algae all require light for photosynthesis and so are not found in most caves unless the cave has a good sized "skylight". If anything they would only be found along the cave entrance/rim. If the entrance is well lit by morning or evening sun then you might even have some bromeliads and other flora on the walls. However, on a smaller scale broms likely would be too large, I imagine. Obtaining cave dwelling fungi would be challenging, I would think, not to mentioned supplying them with whatever particular organic material they require. Be interested to see what you come up with.
