My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm sorry that you had bad times again, Jo. I missed your comments the last months and was already wondering...Enjoy your days in the sun! I would like to be there,too. Two months of rain and grey skies do not add to a good mood...

Be sure that I will make you check the Hosta Library again next spring :-)

    Karin, this really made my day! Thank you so much for the "present" - I absolutely love pictures of hostas in various stages of awakening from their winter sleep. The way the sunlight hits the leaves is so captivating... such wonderful photos. I shall enjoy this over and over again. You have a kind heart and I really appreciate what you did here. :-)
