First, I love the color of the door with the wall color! I suggest raising the sign up and putting something below it. Or, and I like this more, getting a large piece of corrugated metal to put on the wall with "gather" placed on that; I'd suggest sizing the metal so that it extends 6" or 9" on each side at minimum.

I’m not a fan of “word” decor, but I don’t think yours is too small for the wall. If you feel it is too small, you might lower it a bit and add a couple of small framed prints, but the shape of the word makes it a little awkward as far as placement, IMO.

I'm a minimalist and like how uncluttered it looks. If you start adding a clock or other items, it will cheapen the look of Your space. I do agree that you could lower it a couple of inches, but not necessary.

I don't think it's too small. I'd leave it as is.
