Help needed reworking Master Suite

Hi Houzz!

Hoping for some ideas. My dream master suite would include a walk-in closet but I just can't seem to wrap my mind around how that would be possible based on our bedroom/bath set up. We are open to moving the slider (see middle of left wall) to anywhere on that wall or the back wall. The bathroom is strange too but we are on a concrete slab and not sure if there is anyway to make that better either. The shower stall is small and actually partway in the hall bath. We don't really use the small closet to the left of the bathroom although we found things to put in it! Also we have a queen sized bed and minimal furniture (small nightstands, ikea dresser).

Any help would be appreciated!

Also, what is the depth of your Master Bedroom? I see the length appears to be 17 ft 6 inches from exterior wall to exterior wall. What is the interior dimension(s)?

The easiest solution is to extend your current reach in closet (the one you use), but it would cut into your master at least another 3.5 ft if you aren't extending the master bedroom at all.

What are you looking to achieve? Additional storage or better storage management?

I do like walk in closets. However, with the closet organizers available today you can get some awesome storage capacity with a reach in closet that in some cases is more effective than with a walk in closet. See some examples below:

Here is an expanded view of the plans with the Master (12'x17' roughly + bathroom area).
