new quartz issues

I just completed a kitchen remodel and had all new cabinets and countertops put in. We opted for quartz countertops with thick grey veins. just today I noticed random blue lines in the quartz, it looks like my toddler used blue colored pencil on it but we have no colored pencils in the house! I tried warm water and warm water with dish detergent to try and get it off. It looks like it might be in the countertop... wondering if anyone has advice for trying to get it out or if I'm stuck with it the way it us? I added some photos, blue lines are a little hard to see..
