My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sure it is coretec by US floors. its considered a luxury vinyl. and has a cork underlayment with a vinyl laminate on top. It's a hundred percent waterproof and crazy dorable. We've installed tons of it and we absolutely love it because our customers love it. there are many companies out there making different versions of it but they're Locking System and imaging are not as good. the other thing about the coretec product is that it can be late on almost any surface and doesn't require any kind of underlayment

      Shaw makes good products but they also make some lower end stuff too. It's the old you get what you pay for.. A vinyl plank product like cortech is outstanding for a basement

      I unfortunately understand that theory too well! I went on the Coretec website; any chance you know which floor is shown in the picture? Wondering if it’s the Alabaster Oak? We were thinking about alternating plank sizes, as we have that in the hardwood floors upstairs.
