My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It comes with 5 bolts (one is a spare), seven washers (I used one for each bolt), and an allen wrench (included). It took me 5 minutes to screw the 4 bolts in, once the chair was unboxed. I am not particularly handy, and I did it by myself. It's super easy.
