Your design looks quite similar to my existing galley kitchen, which I quite like. However, I'd miss having a bit more room on one side (or both) of the stove/oven. And the fridge looks too big to me - but you likely chose that size for a reason. I'd choose a smaller fridge and lose the racks/wine cupboards? on either size of the range hood, but that's a personal preference.

Dishwasher too far from sink!

If you're looking to maximize space, eliminate the stove hood with chimney and do a basic hood with a cabinet above and cabinets to the ceiling on each side. The side cabs look a little disproportionate next to the tall chimney and fridge anyway. And the glass will be a bugger to keep sparkling so close to the stove. Plus, the things you want to store within arm's reach of the stove are not beautiful enough to be in glass front cupboards.

The dishwasher should be immediately adjacent to the sink cupboard for various reasons.

If you stick with the four upper cabs on the sink wall make them all glass fronts or all solid. Instead of that though I would move the pantry cupboard to the right on that wall and use glass front cupboards on each side of the window. Again, go right to the ceiling with them. Alternatively, you could eliminate the wall oven (saying that without knowing your cooking needs, just that a range is more practical in a small space) and put a wider pantry cupboard on right side of the stove wall and moving the fridge all the way to the left with no pantry on that side. That will balance the fridgw.

All your cooking supplies will be on the stove wall, with storage on the sink wall for dishes, towels, garbage/recycling, silverware.

This is all predicated on the assumption that your kitchen is quite narrow and you'll have around 5-6 feet between the two sides, not more.
