I've actually been able to quilt lately, and I guess I've been busy.

At the 2016 retreat, I took fabric to work with, but hadn't planned it out and didn't have everything I needed so couldn't do much. I took it all back in 2017, and was able to make progress. But then realized that I didn't have enough fabric. So when I returned from retreat, I bought more, and was able to put this all together. This thing is HUGE, and is awaiting quilting..

Then, DH asked if I could make a quilt for a friend's daughter who was relocating to Germany with her new husband who's in the Army. When we do quilts like this, we tend to go patriotic... So I worked up this one and we gifted it to her a week ago, days prior to her leaving for Germany.

And finally, I've been working on this Girl Scout quilt which will be sold to raise money for the oldest's troop for their June trip to Savannah to visit the birthplace of Girl Scouts, among other fun activities. Her troop leader and I bought bolts of the Riley Blake GS fabric (wholesale) in order to hopefully profit and help with costs for the girls.

I was able to get this quilted today, and will bind in green, and have the two-tone pink scallops to go across top and bottom. (the backing is green with Brownie & Junior level badges printed on it)
