My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the subfloor in this basement?

Were you able to install the pine board directly to concrete (glue, concrete, floating)? Did you have to do any special prep for the floor or underside to prevent moisture leaching from the concrete?

Sorry, lots of questions but I am looking to finish my basement and this looks to be econimical at first glance since pine boards can be had on the cheap.

      There is a thick vapor barrier, rigid insulation, oak furring strips glue and screws. For more technical installation info you should contact your local contractor. Hope this helps and good luck with finishing your basement!
