My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Returns are accepted within 45 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us for an RMA number. Packages returned without a RMA will not be processed. Returns need to be received within 15 days of the RMA issuance in order for the refund to be processed. Returns must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with original hardware. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, refunds will be processed for the original order amount. It is up to the Buyer to report a claim to the shipping company/carrier. Welland Industries will not process any refunds for lost or damaged in transit returns.
