It's a wall behind a TV. You could hand the TV from the wall and then perhaps put something low underneath.

The TV is the art. Focus on the other rooms. No one watching TV cares about what's hanging above or around it.

What do you mean by "the wall behind my tv?"

If you mean the wall that the tv is on, then you don't need anything on that wall, I do recommend hanging the tv. It appears that the console and tv are not centered on the wall. Is there a reason for that?

Could you show us photos of the rest of the room? There are other places in the room, likely, where are can be hung.

Whether or not you switch with entry light.... possibly place a complementing pendant light in seems a recessed light. Both these drums are 16" wide - second for entry? :)

Paint does wonders! Paint that wall an accent color (dark navy like Benjamin Moore's Van Duesen Blue would be beautiful with your console and would make the tv "disappear" when it's not in use), or if you want something a little more edgy try a simple graphic. Here's one we did recently in a bedroom where we didn't want to hang art above the bed:

I’m not a pro, but I don’t think that wall is big enough to be an accent wall. It doesn’t really have room for art either.
