At least one local nursery is selling Tiny Dancer Alocasia at great prices. Even though many people grow Alocasia for their size, this plant charms with its diminutive size and shape. My guess is the plants were tissue cultured; they were very uniform, and pretty inexpensive (2.99/plant). I believe the grower also grows for Bonnie, so maybe there are other growers around offering this nice plant at a great price; it's worth keeping an eye open for it.
