How old is the tree and how near is the clover?

And is it really clover or is it Oxalis?

The tree is almost a year old since I got it and the clover is just in the watering area of the tree

I can't post a picture right now since it's foggy and dark but it's spreading and it's pretty small leaves and the stems are red but I'll post a picture tomorrow.
