I guess I don't understand very well how a decorator deals with clients. Maybe just take the client to a tile store?

I like the 1st and 3rd one about equally. The 1st one I'm not certain if I would prefer the tile to be staggered horizontally or left as vertical. Same with the accent tile. Just a matter of preference by the homeowner. Just a change in the tile layout such as using a corridor, cobblestone, herringbone, basket weave, staggered, etc. patterns can make a HUGE difference in appearance. Play around with various tile colors, sizes, and layouts. My suggestion is to grab some tile selections/samples from your local distributor and let the home owner decide. Make sure they are 100% certain of course! It's a nightmare trying to do adjustments to tile, backsplash, accents, niches, grout, once work has begun or is near completion. Here are some recent ones we did with various brown/neutral hues. I think your layout will also change things.

#2 - it's timeless. The style of the room can be changed over time while still keeping the tile.

I think as a pro, you should make the best recommendation to your clients, based on the rest of their home, their budget, and in consideration of size and layout of the bath and their personal tastes. The pictures posted have nothing in common, other than the fact they all contain tile.........: ) The answers you get here as to preference will be as varied as human population is on planet earth. None of the humans actually being your clients. You hope.

I never like tons of grout lines in showers and because I also like contemporary #1 for sure

@wysama...sorry for the delay but I got a response from our tile vendor. Unfortunately, the original tile is no longer in production. However, they found something very similar. Please see the image below for more information. The shower wall tile is called "Classic Gris Travertine" 4" x 16" I hope this helps! They are looking for something comparable for the floor tile. I will update you as soon as possible.
