We made a terrible mistake of buying composite leather couches six years ago. I knew we werent buying the best quality but didnt expect it wear out this soon.

I have done my research and I basically cant do much to repair this composite / bonded material once it starts to flake other than use a specialty paint which I have done I am looking a different idea to save the couches. Because each seat reclines and the one couch has a console, using a slip on cover wouldnt fit ( i think ).

Got any good ideas? Thanks!
