Type of light bulb?

What kind of bulb is in this lamp? I looks like LED. This would be the main source of light for my kitchen, so I wanted to make sure it would emit enough light.

The bulbs that were sent with my lamp were NOT LEDs...but G4, 20 watt, 12 volt HALOGEN bulbs...this is a 110 volt fixture.... It is against the NEC codes and dangerous to install 12 volt bulbs in a 110 volt circuit. Plus they are not LEDs as advertised. See photos attached.

How and when will you provide replacements?
