I don't see that shade in the counter, but if you like yellow. . . . .

I don't think the backsplash goes with your countertop at all, unfortunately.

The bright yellow backsplash clashes too much with the countertop. If you installed the backsplash over the entire kitchen, you will probably look at it afterward and think, "What did I just do?"

Yellow backsplashes tend to be paired with simple countertops to avoid them being hard on the eye.

If you want a colorful backsplash, maybe try looking at red tile.

Your countertops are beautiful, however, and I applaud you being creative and daring with your design ideas.

Find a yellow that is muted in tone this yellow is too bright love canary yellow but in this situation not at all.

I think black glassy tile could look cool.

I see that beautiful orange, red, yellow photo or painting to the left of the range on the wall. framed in black. Maybe the yellow would bring out the colors in this artwork. Could you take another photo of that wall? What else is going on in the space? Is this a large room? What about the rest of the kitchen? Do you have some accents of yellow?

The yellow feels more contemporary, modern but the beautiful counter and the cabinetry seems more traditional or transitional. What would you say your style is? Craftsman? I wonder if a different softer cooler muted yellow something creamy beige might work better and really help the floors to be a part of this beautiful space. Below are some yellows...
