Advice needed: rust on myrtillocactus?

I've discovered orange spots on my myrtillocactus. The spots are firm but I'm concerned about one that appears alongside a new hole/mark. What should I do about this? It's been kept in a greenhouse over the winter but I've brought it inside as a first step
