My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Any suggestions? What would go with the style of the home?

    Rather than starting by updating the railing, I get a large piece of art on the wall and get the place furnished. The rail is fine and will fade from prominence once you’ve actually moved in.
