Tough one. Would be weird placed too low as well. How about putting the two of the upper cabinets on already, and then keep the other two at different heights, so you can actually see what happens?

I would say it wouldn't be weird to put them under each other - would in fact be practical.

At least I'd say that the ones on the upper cabinets are in line with the pulls of your other upper cabinets of the same height. If those weren't there, it would be easier. But they are.

I think that the pull on the top cabinet is at the bottom and the pull of the bottom cabinet is on the top. It won't look strange.
