My sister accidentally broke the glass shade on one of my pendant lights (over my kitchen center island). I can not find a replacement shade to the fit the pendant, does any one have any suggestions? Note it has three holes at the top where metal screws attach it to the pendant. The shade is 2" W at top, 4" W at the bottom and 8" in height.
