We are soon to be empty nesters and want to build a home to retire in. Design questions such as how small is too small for the secondary bedrooms(2), how much room do I really want for a washer and dryer, which way do I want my living room/kitchen orientated on a south facing lot are hanging us (well me) up. I don't want to build something and then regret the design. How do I make it easier to make a decision?
