My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The rail lighting system that you have may also offer pendants that attach to the same system. Tech Ltg., LBL, WAC, Bruck, etc. all offer this. The way the light (whether pendant of rail head) attaches to the rail is different for each manufacturer, you won't likely be able to mix and match.

    Well said. This particular set up was Tec Lighting. It is a "rail" system as opposed to a "track". Every piece is sold "a la carte". I love this rail system because you can bend it into any shape you want.
