Can someone help me to identify the cause of my black prince leaves are turning red and mushy? I noticed this 2 days ago, found 1 leaf fell off with a very mushy texture. But now the others are following the trend too... I'm in northern california, not cold, avg temp about 65 ish. I didn't water it much and it's under a grow light.

Please help!
