Contact a furniture re-upholsterer if you cannot open the cushions. If the cushions have zippers - you can go to La-Z-Boy Interiors and purchase additional filling. We purchased our leather living room furniture from them and about a year later we needed to re-fill the cushions. Since we bought the furniture from La-Z-Boy, the filling was free. It's worth a try.

Thank you. Yes they do have a zipper. I'll give them a call. I would rather have seomeone do it then try and order a replacement piece of foam online because I'm not sure if I'll measure it accurately.

La-Z-Boy uses a "batting" type of material, not foam. The batting may work for your purposes, however. The foam is probably best purchased from a furniture upholstery company. Good luck.

You can buy some poly-fluff and stuff it in on top of the existing foam. Also you can put boards under the cushions if its sinking there.

See if you have an upholstery supply shop nearby. If you take your cushions with you, they will help you measure and give you instructions for getting the best results. I suspect you want to use foam and batting.

A sewing shop like JoAnn's has pillow forms. And they do have them for sofas. If you do an online search for replacement sofa cushions you will find all kinds of cushions, even those that have the inner springs. I have considered doing this for a chair I have.
