Following... would like a Teppanyaki after new bosch.

I think I'd return it, were it me, though.

Most of the Tepenanyaki accessory's I've seen have been a thick stamped metal. It is extremely difficult to get a completely flat surface with thick stamped metal

I have the 7-ply Demeyere, too. Use it on my Bosch induction cooktop. Very flat. I don’t have a bridge but I just straddle it over two hobs. Works great.

Thanks to you both for posting, I was following and will most likely go for the Demeyere as well.

Like MizLizzie, mine straddles two hobs. When I used it on my 6" and 8" hobs, there was hardly any difference in the browning of my grilled cheese across the plancha.

Here's what I said when I first got it.

"The griddle takes some time to heat across the surface. I used medium (6 on my Bosch induction) for about 10 minutes, while doing other things, then turned it to low (4). The top slices were started on the hotter side (at the bottom of the pic and larger of the two hobs) and moved up as I buttered the others. Surprisingly, the middle of the griddle gets the hot the quickest even though the larger hob isn't right there, but on the lower end. This bread is very uneven by nature so, the browning isn't even because of that. I also haphazardly buttered them. It did a nice job, though. It takes a long time for it to cool, so it would be wonderful to keep food warm through a dinner. Be careful! The edges get very hot and I brushed a knuckle against it by accident. Ouch."
