Bar stools for great room and kitchen counter 34 inches tall

Top of counter is 34 inches and counter is only 1.5 inches thick so what is the ideal seat height and chair height to fit that counter? I am thinking 26-27 inch seat height and around 38-39 for height of back of chair considering these will be armed swivel chairs

Standard counter height is 36” AFF. Standard counter stool height is 24” height. 12” of difference between chair and counter.

It will be hard to find armed swivel stools that will fit under that counter . Just out of curiosity why do you have extra low counters .24” stools are what you will need, not any higher for sure. I never like swivel stools with arms, the arms always hit the counter.
