Fireplace/TV design dilemma

We are designing a new living area with a TV and fireplace.

We will likely be getting a 65 inch TV which has a 57 inch width.

We are looking at this sleek/built in Napoleon fireplace: ( gas is not an option) http://napoleonfireplaces.com/product_series/alluravision-series/

The dilemma:

1). We do a 42 inch fireplace underneath that is sleek flush with the wall

2). We do a 60 inch fireplace underneath but it is built out of the wall about 5 inches with a mantle on top.

We are torn between the sleek look and the bigger size.

Could you post some pics of the space . IMO you will need the 60” fireplace but is it not possible to find one that sits flush in that size.Are you going to use the heater? If not then you will not require the mantel which I think ruins the look of these combinations . The T.V is mounted too high for proper viewing if you choose to use this for heat.Do you have a wall long enought to place the fireplace and the TV next to each other that way you do not have to worry about using the heat feature and it puts the T.V at the proper height.

This is our space - to the left is a staircase and right- ductwork.

Anything longer than a 42 will require us to build the wall out to make it flush.

I guess another option is to build the entire wall out so the TV is flush ( or built in).
