My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

No fireplace in formal living?

13 years ago
Just got our plans back from architect. We have 4 fireplaces: 1. Dual sided for master bedroom/bathroom
2. Den/casual family room
3. Outside on covered patio
4. Formal living room

I feel like that's fireplace overload. The one we would use the least is the one in the formal living. But would it be odd NOT to have a fireplace in the formal living room?
