We can ship the door unfinished to you. The client wants the hardware painted to match her room or wants the door painted to match her room? The hardware is sold separate from the door. Our hardware that is sold on Houzz comes with a predrilled track. We recommend using a header board to mount the track to or we recommend buying our non-drilled track and drill it on sight to line up perfectly to the studs. The track sits 1 1/2" from the wall if mounted directly to the drywall. So it depends on how thick of door you have and how thick of trim you have. This door we sell will work if you have 1/2" thick trim. The door above is 1 5/8" thick.
