My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The chairs are from Brown Jordan. I can't find them currently in any of their lines - these were from 2010 I believe. They would have retailed in the range of $300 - $600 each depending on color and cushion choices. Perhaps a Brown Jordan rep can help you identify them and if they are still in production.
