Roses in Michigan.

I purchased some Peace Roses while I am in Florida.

I am taking them up to Michigan to plant in late April.

They have all ready started to sprout new limbs.


What should I do to slow the growth down until I can plant them up North.


Should I cut off the new growth and store them in a dark area?
