You need to go wider with the artwork and as tall as the lamp or more if you are going to hang it offset as shown here. Then move the lamp to edge, overlap, in front of art to create a more layered look. Add other tall vases etc on right to balance and remove the small items. Best luck!

I'm not following CV's layout suggestions. I would move the lamp away from the edge of the dresser so the window trim is not obscured. Hang your art and then arrange the items you need on the surface. I agree to aim for a layered look and include larger as well as smaller items. I like the dresser set on the tray--try to find a prime spot for that.

This is a very rough and quick attempt to illustrate what I think both the previous comments are aiming that -- not the perfect solution, but the point is that the stuff on the dresser is badly arranged. You need two centres of interest, one clustering around the lamp (which shouldn't be so close to the edge) and one on the other side of the dresser. Hang the art between them. In this example, below, we are missing the taller item you need on the right to balance the lamp.

I can go as large as 28" wide x 30" tall with the canvas or should I stay as photo shows 19" x 20" ? Our bedroom is average size 13' x 15' if that matters.

Glad you like the antique glass pieces, it was my Great Grandma's from Germany. The taller 2 pieces were for perfume of all things, the porcelain was for hat pins.
