The photos I loaded of the cement block are a wall in our garage. We have a garage that we drive into under one part of the house. Over the last year or so I have started seeing the part of the wall looks wet when it rains. The photos of the brick are the back side of the house with the far right being where we drive under into the garage. There isn't a crawl space (at least not one that we know of). I had a contractor look at it once. Should I have it looked at again and by who? Thank you!
