sorry, should say "some sort of gaming area", and please excuse my drawing which is not to scale. :)

Love the idea of a game room!!!! We can gladly assist you with the design. Where are you located? We are just outside of NYC, but we work all over the USA. I will put together something for your review and post it in a few days. Talk soon

Thank you!! we are actually in Ohio :)

Have experience in setting up something similar. And the end result works. Comfortable seating 'conversation area' for the ones not playing snooker, incorporate Tv that can be seen from most angles for those special sport events. A coffee bar. Depending on family setup, a sweetie bar.

Thank you! didn't think about coffee or sweets bar, love that! Thank you!

Sue, take a look at a quick layout we have put together for you. It includes:

- 54" Game Table with chairs, Classic Arcade Cocktail Table (60-games-in-1), Bar & Bar Stools, Pool Table, Foosball Table, and sitting area with flat screen tv mounted on the wall.

You have perfect space around the pool table, and the foosball sits beautifully in the lower portion of the room. A foosball tables requires 5' x 7' for comfortable play. The pool table requires 13'6" x 17'2" for perfect play.

Let us know if you would like to discuss further. If you get us more detailed images of the space, and actual stair size, we can put together a more accurate drawing. Best of luck, please let us know if we can assist you further. Warmest Regards,
