John, I just checked with the warehouse and they doubled checked one of the other boxes and it did have a pop-up drain in it. I apologize it's not clear how this happened, but we absolutely want to make this right for you. Since you purchased the product from Houzz, can you give the customer service department a call and let them know what happened. I'm sorry per our agreement it has to go through them. You can reference this question area and have them send me a request and we will get that drain out to you immediately.
